2. Website hosting and security

The company website is intended to be hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Technical request data, such as IP address, access time, requested resource, browser information and server response, may be processed to deliver and protect the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interests in a reliable, secure website. The applicable processing agreement and log retention settings will be verified before launch.

3. Contact enquiries

When you contact us, we process your contact details and message to respond and, where appropriate, prepare or perform a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where you are a party to the prospective or existing contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business enquiries, based on our legitimate interest in handling correspondence.

Name, email address and message are requested for the planned contact form; company and telephone are optional. Without the information needed to understand and answer your enquiry, we may be unable to respond. This preview prepares an email in your own email application and does not submit the form to an ITT server.

4. Recipients and email services

Authorised staff and service providers involved in hosting and email processing may access enquiry data as necessary. ITT uses an IONOS mailbox accessed through Gmail. The specific Google service, its contractual role and any international transfer safeguards must be confirmed for the final policy. Where necessary to handle a product enquiry, relevant information may be shared with the manufacturing partner concerned.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting business relationship. Where statutory retention obligations apply, the relevant records are kept for the required period. Information may also be retained where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. It is then deleted when these grounds no longer apply.

6. Cookies and external content

The custom website code does not include advertising trackers or analytics. Images and styles are served with the website. Manufacturer links and PDF downloads are opened only when selected. The final hosting configuration must be checked for additional services before launch.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Contact info@internationaltectrading.de to exercise your rights. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or the authority in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or alleged infringement.

8. Automated decisions

We do not use website enquiries for automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects.
